Account Executive - Ideal candidate will be either, current Account Executive for a direct marketing agency, or current Director Level of Non-Profit with oversight or hands-on responsibility for direct mail and/or digital fundraising. If you know how to develop great concepts for fundraising campaigns, can convince C-Level or Director level client contacts why your concept is great and can analyze data to prove your idea is great you are our next Account Executive. Experience with Catholic, Christian and/or conservative accounts or non-profits is a huge plus.
Account Manager - Reporting to Account Executive and performs a wide variety of duties to include preparation of Purchase Orders, Invoices & Reports, Proofreading & Data Integrity Checks, etc. Will train the right person. Ideal candidate must be analytical and able to communicate professionally in person and in writing. Knowledge of/interest in non-profits (especially Catholic, Christian and/or conservative causes), direct mail, fundraising a plus.
Creative Director - This position will be filled by a direct mail copywriter/editor with significant track record of success who is ready to be our agency’s Chief Creative Officer. Will be expected to: (1) write winning Prospect and House packages for our client mix of mostly non-profits (conservative “cause” organizations and religious charities) and some for-profit commercial marketers; (2) manage free-lance writers and designers, producing “ready for client approval” direct mail copy and design, email copy and design, landing page copy & design, search engine marketing copy and design. Ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in direct mail fundraising and have hands on experience with online/digital campaigns.
Digital/Online Marketing Intern - This position involves a wide variety of online marketing duties including but not limited to: Web Content Management, Search Engine marketing, Google AdWords, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, and Landing Page Optimization. Job consists of working directly with internal account supervisors and externally with numerous clients and third party vendors managing multiple concurrent projects. Ideal candidate must be analytical and able to pick up user-friendly software quickly. Knowledge of online marketing, direct marketing and fundraising are a plus.
