Annual Appeal
Challenge- Major Catholic Diocese of the United States wanted to increase the amount they were raising from their Annual Diocesean Appeal.
Solution – LDMI worked with the diocese to re-write their annual appeal direct mail, email appeals, segmented their database, implemented an ask string methodology, managed a coop database to uncover hidden gems on their database, redesigned their annual appeals, brokered the production, managed the production and analyzed results of appeals.

Outcome – With three months left in the calendar year the diocese had already exceeded their prior year-end gross raised by over $1,000,000.
